Terms & Conditions of Steve Gold Entertainment

Bookings, Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds Deposit and Booking Confirmation Upon payment of the required deposit, the client’s booking is confirmed and secured with the selected artist(s). No booking is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received in full. Once paid, the deposit locks in the specific artist(s) selected by the Client for the event date. Non-Refundable DepositAll deposit payments are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client, regardless of the reason for cancellation or the amount of notice provided. Credit Note PolicyIn the event of cancellation by the Client, a credit note valid for twelve (12) months from the date of cancellation will be issued. This credit may be redeemed for any services offered by Steve Gold Entertainment, subject to availability, within the validity period. Rebooking of Cancelled DateIf, following the Client’s cancellation, Steve Gold Entertainment successfully secures an alternative booking for the same event date, the original client’s deposit will be refunded in full. Inability to Fulfil ServicesIf Steve Gold Entertainment is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations for any reason, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid. Alternative ArrangementsWhere Steve Gold Entertainment is unable to fulfil its obligations, reasonable alternative options may be offered to the client. The decision as to whether to accept any proposed alternative arrangement rests solely with the client. Booking ProcessCan be made online, via email of phone with a Steve Gold representative only. Payment TermsUnderstand the payment terms and conditions for securing your DJ booking with us. We accept cash and all EFT via our Square payment processing system. Cancellation PolicyRead our policy on cancellations and refunds for DJ bookings to avoid confusion. Performance GuaranteeOur commitment to delivering high-quality DJ performances and customer satisfaction.
