Bookings, Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds

Deposit and Booking Confirmation

Upon payment of the required deposit, the client’s booking is confirmed and secured with the selected artist(s). No booking is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received in full. Once paid, the deposit locks in the specific artist(s) selected by the Client for the event date.

Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposit payments are strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client, regardless of the reason for cancellation or the amount of notice provided.

Credit Note Policy

In the event of cancellation by the Client, a credit note valid for twelve (12) months from the date of cancellation will be issued. This credit may be redeemed for any services offered by Steve Gold Entertainment, subject to availability, within the validity period.

Rebooking of Cancelled Date

If, following the Client’s cancellation, Steve Gold Entertainment successfully secures an alternative booking for the same event date, the original client’s deposit will be refunded in full.

Inability to Fulfil Services

If Steve Gold Entertainment is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations for any reason, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid.

Alternative Arrangements

Where Steve Gold Entertainment is unable to fulfil its obligations, reasonable alternative options may be offered to the client. The decision as to whether to accept any proposed alternative arrangement rests solely with the client.
